PersistentDataModel: Lazy token copying.

TokenAddress needs a writable copy of the token in order to do input.
Rather than making the copy when the TokenAddress is created, defer it until
we're actually doing the read.  This can speed up some analysis use cases
where only a small fraction of the data is read.

I had some cases in which this got called more than once, causing errors
on the subsequent calls.  This should fix that.

This MR is doing a manual update of a trigger counts reference in main, as it is no longer maintained as part of the CI, we have to keep it up to date when we see ART tests failing.
