Create and set the m_shifter flags correctly to ensure that analyses
are configured correctly.

These changes also properly take into account the changes to the
MonitoringBase class interface to remove the large number of
"deprecated" variable compile WARNINGS.

Modify the code such that the purity analyses are Expert
directories rather than Shifter directories. Modify the TIDA
code such that the checking against duplicates setting in
the Shifter directories can also be applied to the Expert
directories.

I didn't want to use GLOB_RECURSE here, as that would've needed some experimentation
first. Adding an explicit glob expression for two directories seemed much
easier. And it should cover the current directory layout as is.

Forgot to set using the origin in the combined muon instance of TrackParticleCreatorTool to only occur for cosmics in the previous commit.

The timeouts occur when the TrackParticleCreatorTool attempts to extrapolate the muon's primary track to the beamline.
Previously, the TrackParticleCreatorTool extrapolated tracks to (0,0,0) instead.
This makes more sense for cosmics anyway, since there is no beamline.
Changing the configuration of the muon combined reconstruction instance of the TrackParticleCreatorTool to use the origin instead fixes the problem.
Therefore there is no necessity to turn off the muon combined reconstruction.
