In release 21, WriteHandles can no longer use duplicate keys, i.e.
keys that have already been written into SG. This is to prevent
multiple algorithms from writing to the same same SG container in
AthenaMT.

The problem was that both G4 and FastCaloSim tried writing to SG using
the same WriteHandle key. In this case G4 won and so
ISF_FastHitConvertTool failed to write its TileHitVector.

The changes applied give different key names to
ISF_FastHitConvertTool, preventing duplicates with G4.

Added protection against trying to record the same container in
StoreGate. Also removed more output statements.

As part of migrating FastCaloSim into ISF, the latest svn tags are
also being merged into release 21. This merge adds
python/FastChain_jobProperties.py, needed for FastChain_Flags.

atlas_add_root_dictionary entry of CMakeLists.txt fixes the undefined
reference error during build.

The cmt2cmake script failed to add the TreePlayer ROOT COMPONENT to
CMakeLists.txt. This was added by hand for TTreeFormula and the
comment was removed.

Deprecated classes, either that have been removed entirely or migrated
to a different package, whose references remain in CMakeLists.txt
cause build failures. The culprits have been removed from
CMakeLists.txt as well as LinkDef.h.
