Athena.examples migrate to CA

Inspired by reference log comparison failure mentioned in ATEAM-798

Another pattern to ignore when comparing reference files.
Fixes test failure seen in the clang build.

Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and update link dependencies.

Fix test failures due to metadata changes.

Fix test failures in master.

Migrated from `EXTRA_PATTERN` to `LOG_IGNORE_PATTERN`. Also remove the
unused `POST_EXEC` argument from the helper function.

The `TestPolicy` dependency stems mostly from the automatic `requirements`
to `CMakeLists.txt` file migration. In cmake builds, the TestPolicy
package is mostly useless apart from a few header files. So most
packages do no need this dependency anymore.

Ignore DEBUG messages about ThinningCacheTool.

Remove `atlas_install_headers(DIR)` directive if the directory `DIR`
does not even exist, i.e. there are no headers to install.
