SGTools: Refactor DataProxy_cast.

Move the DataProxy_cast declarations to a separate header so that we can
use them without having to include the headers for the whole DataProxy
machinery.  Move more functionality out-of-line to further limit header
dependencies.

CP algorithms: Improve tau selection configuration and properly handle MC20

The format of a ROOT directory listing changed.  Add a pattern to the ignore
