Converted files have a new structure, based on TDirectory + JSON.
Converted files consumes approximately 2 times less space, while
the speed of access to its elements is the same. The example of
HAN output file for conversion is here:
athena/DataQuality/DataQualityUtils/data/HanOutputFile_translation_example_file/
