Fix missing low pt muion chains

Even after adding the check that the requested chains are in the menu, the jobs failed because
some of the low pt muon chains have been removed from the physics menu and are now only in Dev,
so all the jobs requestiong the muon low pt chains were failing.

I have had enough with this now, if this doesn;t work, I will no longer fix this as I have other
things to do

ZdcAnalysis: Make sure tools get initialized correctly whatever the configuration.

A couple tools here were initializing themselves based on a provided
configuration string.  They tested for two sets of configuration strings.
But if the provided configuration didn't match either of these two sets,
then the initialization would not be done properly, leading to out-of-bounds
vector accesses.  Further, the settings made for these two sets were
exactly the same.  So remove the test of the configuration string,
and always so the initialization to match the existing cases.

Fixes a crash seen in the test_data22_AFP.sh ART test, which sets
a configuration of LHCf2022.

Fix low PT chains

With the change to the datsets and trigger names, the low PT analyses stopped
working, and then they were skipped from the athena job by mistake,. so this puts them back,
and fixes the post processing so they should all work again
