Updating PHYSLITE input files for CI tests

The CI tests running on PHYSLITE are failing ( https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASG-2440 ) since the PHYSLITE input file "disappeared". This merge request add new file made with 2 days ago nightly as temporary patch. As soon as 23.0.13 is built, new files will be produce for all tests and updated.

This is now an extended set of files to cover the different kinds of
files we may use as input in analysis.

Disabled some tests that don't currently work on DAOD_PHYS.  Fixed
some minor issues in AsgElectronSelectorTool.

This reverts commit 18f182e5.
