Sweeping !31924 from 21.2 to master.
Move MMC TrackInfo classes into MMCTest namespace.

This hasn't been used in years.

Some classes only exist in Athena, so there should be a separate
dictionary just for those, otherwise there will be warnings.

There don't seem to be any users for it, so what the hell.

To bring the 21.2 branch in sync with the 2.6.X analysis
nightlies.
