Limit maximum random sagitta value to valid range depending on thrown crossing points.

The circular bound of the defect area must cross the sensor bounds.
This limits the maximum sagitta of the circle depending on the
random points at which the circular bound should cross the sensor.

Track the DhForm token in the transient DataHeader.
This is to allow skipping the key registration step

add columnar tool wrapper and in-memory test fixture

The tool wrappers are also shared with the python tool wrappers and the
PHYSLITE test fixture (both to come in future commits).  The in-memory
test is the basic test fixture for columnar tools to check that they
work in columnar mode.

CPRun improvement. Simplify input tag, enhance -h speed and -h functionality called by other program.
Migrate initialization/import to where it first needed.

Missing include

Removed static private functions. Instead the clients are expected to pass a pointer to the detector
manager to the call of the getGlobalPosition() functions.

This is part of the ongoing campaign to revise the usage of the TRT detector manager and elements.
