PRW PeriodAssignments support for AnalysisTop

Added option to manually specify the run periods for the PRW tool via the AT config file. If the parameter is not set, the default is used. This is needed to run on 5 TeV datasets as the corresponding runNumbers are not in the PRW tool defaults.
