Migrate trigger code to new Monitored interface

This is a follow-up to !20403 (merged) migrating all existing code to the new Monitored variables interface (mainly via search&replace). In addition a deprecation warning has been added to the old interface. As all the code was migrated this should not result in any new compiler warnings. The old interface will be removed in a couple of weeks.
