AtlasPyFwdBwdPorts: Remove simplejson/jsonpickle modules

Remove the deprecated simplejson and not used jsonpickle module. This is a follow-up to athenaprivate1!9820 and another step in cleaning up our external python modules (ATLINFR-2325). There is also atlasexternals!272 (closed) to move the build of the python modules into atlasexternals. But until this is done, it doesn't hurt to clean up AtlasPyFwdBwdPorts to avoid new uses of these modules creeping in.
