Fix egamma test for e3 + e5 chain
The MR fixed e3 +e5 test. It is run as part of egammaRunData CI. The problem fixed was convoluted. First the change in configuring hypos missbehaved for assymetric thresholds. Secondly, the chain was incorrectly named. And last, the previous configuration was also not quite correct.
