Fix egamma test for e3 + e5 chain

The MR fixed e3 +e5 test. It is run as part of egammaRunData CI. The problem fixed was convoluted. First the change in configuring hypos missbehaved for assymetric thresholds. Secondly, the chain was incorrectly named. And last, the previous configuration was also not quite correct.

Hello, The fix indeed fixes the test it meant to. Please give it a go at somewhat higher priority. Note, there are other tests fail. Fixes are in other MRs i.e. !20706 (merged)
