This MR should remove the old LAr cabling service, which is not MT compatible, and was replaced by using the conditions mapping object.
Many changes are in the code, which is not used in production jobs (calibration, test codes).
T0 tests runs fine RunTier0Tests.log.
There are few cases, where code could not be migrated yet (migration in progress, or not yet made obsolete), for this the LArCabliblingLegacyService is kept, with the aim to remove it, once all needed client are migrated.
Pinging @damazio, @wlampl and @ssnyder , if there are any comments, suggestions.
I understand, that MR is huge (many changes), but I didn't found better way, to really test if removal is complete.
And I would need still to update the copyright statements, but this will be purely technical change.
