Adding actual mu to AnalysisTop output

Adding actual mu to the AnalysisTop output as this is needed for control plots when actual mu reweighting is used.

Also fixing indentation in EventSaverFlatNtuple.cxx as this file was a mess. This MR contains 2 commits, the first commit contains just indentation fixes done with a script and can be ignored. The actual changes are only in the second commit, so I would suggest to review those.
