Tidy up of SignatureDicts in TriggerMenuMT, deletion of SignatureDicts in TrigUpgradeTest Tagging @jmontejo, @aranzazu for info as Menu Coordinators; Also tagging @rbielski for info regarding the AllowedEventBuildingIdentifiers which are now separate from the AllowedCalibChainIdentifiers and can therefore be also used for physics chains.
