Added Gradient Isolation WP for muons in AnalysisTop

The Gradient Isolation WP for muons was removed in the previous AT release since this WP will be deprecated soon. We added again this WP because it will be supported from MCP group for a while and then removed. See JIRA ticket ANALYSISTO-757 for further details.
