DataModelRunTests: Remove tests broken by OutputStream changes.

The change to put all output algorithms in a single sequence breaks the fill decorations/write/clear decoration workflow that is tested here. However, this functionality was never actually used and is anyway problematic with MT, so just remove those tests.
