Resolve ATLASRECTS-4855 and add NSW variables

In order for the new, MT-compatible isolation to work on muons, the isolation variables cannot be static: therefore they must be removed from MuonAuxContainer, necessitating a schema evolution. Since a schema evolution is happening anyway, I took the opportunity to add the NSW variables, which could not be added without one due to a ROOT bug, as well.
