The changes here come after finding an unexpected behaviour of the Gaudi scheduler that is discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-19439.
So changes concern:
adding in the emulation test chains that test of two sequencers that use the same algorithm (useful to validate e the scheduler behaviour)
changing the number of events running on the jetMenu test (just to compare easily with the full menu)
correct the behaviour of the JetHypoAlg, to first check the validity of the RH before running other checks (causing crash due to theabove scheduler behaviour)
