Adding MET chains in fullMenu

The changes here come after finding an unexpected behaviour of the Gaudi scheduler that is discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-19439. So changes concern:

• adding in the emulation test chains that test of two sequencers that use the same algorithm (useful to validate e the scheduler behaviour)
• changing the number of events running on the jetMenu test (just to compare easily with the full menu)
• correct the behaviour of the JetHypoAlg, to first check the validity of the RH before running other checks (causing crash due to theabove scheduler behaviour) tagging @tbold, @peter, @tamartin
