21.9: Printouts cleanup

Cleaning up some spammy messages that are triggered very frequently by moving them to DEBUG.

In principle, it would also be good to do the same for the many std::cout statements in GeoXMLUtils but since this doesn't inherit from AthAlg/AthAlgTool this is less straightforward, as it doesn't automatically know about the MsgSvc.

It looks like we anyway get e.g. this

quite often in jobs where nothing appears to be wrong - are the messages really still needed?
