DirectIOART: Renamed TURLs for xAODChecker tests in 21.2/AnalysisBase

The TURL for the data18_13TeV.DAOD_MUON0 input file for the xAODChecker test in 21.2/AnalysisBase has been updated since the file has been moved from the LRZ atlas data disk to LRZ atlas local group disk. These changes shall go into all branches in which the DirectIOART packages exists (master, 21.0, 21.3, 21.6, 21.9`) as well.
