Changed q220 which should now run in Master

John Kenneth Anders requested to merge janders/athena:ART_test into master

This merge request updates test_q220.sh to be consistent with the version in 21.0. Currently for the test to run it is required to switch off the muon isolation (this is commented in the test). These changes have been discussed here: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-4538 and the changes to this test have been validated using the latest nightly.
