Extend PoolFilePeeker so that it can check other IOVMetaDataContainers

Added ability for PoolFilePeeker to examine /Generation/Parameters, /Simulation/Parameters and /Digitization/Parameters IOVMetaDataContainers. Added the ability to return the TRTRangeCut value from /Simulation/Parameters (if it is present) as a proof of principle as this variable is needed in the TRT Digitization configuration.
