ATR-19303: Add electron chain (etcut1step) and update of the reference for the RunMenuTest
ATR-19581: warnings when building TMMT, couldn’t find the log files, fixed now
ATR-19592: Add new menu for emulation of chains (requested by @fpastore)
ATR-19537: remove EBstep from menu => more work will follow in re-designing the chain definitions using a simple base class
