Cleanup of PixelPrepDataToxAOD, SCT_PrepDataToxAOD, SCT_RawDataToxAOD for speedup.

SiHit's were separated based on IdentifierHash before use.

DAOD_SCTVALID and DAOD_PIXELVALID files were created without and with these changes and here are no unexpected changes.
