DF Trigger Matching Separate Tools (DAOD_TEST11)

Adding a new test derivation to showcase the new derivation framework matching tool. I also found that I'd missed one of the tools from the dictionary generation so that's been added too.

I had a go at putting together an example of the matching in python but I think it's a bit complicated. Could you point me to the gitlab repo you mentioned that had other test/example jobs in it?
