TrigCaloRec: Change TrigCaloClusterMakerMT to use ToolHandleArray.

Change TrigCaloClusterMakerMT to use ToolHandleArray for the cluster processing/correction tools, rather than a vector of strings. Needed in order to get dependencies propagated correctly.
