CaloClusterCorrection: Tool dependency workaround.

The cluster correction tools often get built dynamically from descriptions in the conditions database. However, data dependencies do not get propagated in that case.

For now, hardcode a needed dependency in CaloRunClusterCorrections. Needed to fix a crash running calo system reconstruction as MT.
