Silenced MET tool informational warnings

Supported behavior is being treated as a warning. For example, analyses with low pT leptons will likely see these warning messages printed often. This leads new users to spend time understanding the warning unnecessarily. It seems better to have messages set at the INFO level or lower priority if the point is informational.

If the warning messages are important, perhaps we could add a counter to limit the number of times this message is printed.
