TriggerMenuMT: Remove explicit OutputLevel settings

Remove all explicit settings of OutputLevel in TriggerMenuMT. If a different OutputLevel is required this should be done in the top-level job options (e.g. full_menu.py). Reference files have been updated accordingly.

P.S.: Even with this MR there are still lots of DEBUG messages in full_menu job. I will address those in a separate MR.
