WIP: Adding 3rd step in electron chains in ctest

This adds 3rd step (precision calo) in electron chains in full_menu.py and updates the reference of the ctests accordingly This is part of the effort in ATR-18927

A fix on TrigEgammaPrecisionCaloHypoAlgMT implemented also as discussed in ATR-19704
