Hi, this seems to be a consistent failure in the diff-root part of the script `ERROR Py:diff-root WARNING - [xAOD::JetTrigAuxContainer_v2_HLT_xAOD__JetContainer_a4sktcemnojcalibFSAux.]

as I cannot reproduce it RunTier0Tests.py -f -e " --maxEvents=20 " I suspect the reference files which the CI uses are somehow out-of-sync? The CI is running the RunTier0Tests.py -n ... which may be the reason - I'm trying to rerun the same cheers Jiri

I'm getting the same errors. Is it that other MRs suffer from the same problem? The errors reported above are very unlikely to be caused by this MR. @maxcw can you follow up on this please?

Hi @jmasik. Indeed !22859 (merged) has the same error. I asked my L2 @tadej and he suggest we wait until tomorrow so more people can have a look.
