Muon isolation SFs with reduced systematics when using LowPt selection WP

Serena Palazzo requested to merge spalazzo/athena:21.2-MuonLowPtIsoEffSF into 21.2

When the Muon Low Pt selection WP is used, a prefix "LowPt_" is recommended to be added to the isolation working point name. This will retrieve tailored isolation SFs with reduced systematics. This possibility is implemented in this MR and involves TopMuonCPTools.cxx. More details in this Jira Ticket ANALYSISTO-789.
