Improvements to Electron and Muon analysis sequences

This MR tries to unify Electron and Muon analysis sequences:

  • Crack veto is added to the electron sequence (disabled by default).
  • AsgLeptonTrackSelectionAlg has fixed preselection.
  • Track selection is done earlier.
  • Shallow copies are not created if not needed.
  • Added pt selection (optional).
  • Decorating baseline selection.
