Improvements to SimCoreTests ART jobs

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:SimCoreTests_ART_Robustness_master into master

Only run regression tests in SimCoreTests ART jobs in the case that the original Athena job succeeded.

Also add a regression test for the test_AtlasG4_TTbarSim_MT.sh job.
