Reduce memory need of TFCSParametrizationBase and all derived classes by 48 bytes

Michael Duehrssen-Debling requested to merge mduehrss/athena:FastCaloSim_reduced_TFCSParametrizationBase into 21.0

This change reduces the memory need of all classes derived from TFCSParametrizationBase by 48 bytes, which should add up to O(MBytes) for the full FastCaloSim parametrization.
