adding VR with ghost-assoc tracks to FTAG1

Hi @dguest @rateixei, We should discuss the ptmin cut on vr track-jets, which at the moment is 5 GeV for ghostTag and 4 GeV for the standard association. This MR would put both at 4 GeV (since Dan pointed out that changing the ghostTag VR would not impact any analyses atm)
