Add timing calibration variables (MaxEcell info) for electrons and photons to STDM4

This adds to STDM4 content the extra variables: timing calibration variables (MaxEcell info) for electrons and photons. The list of variables: maxEcell_onlId maxEcell_energy maxEcell_time maxEcell_x maxEcell_y maxEcell_z maxEcell_gain
