Introducing DAOD_PHYS to 21.2

James Catmore requested to merge jcatmore/athena:21.2-DAOD_PHYS into 21.2

This is the prototype format intended to replace most MC DAODs in run 3, as mandated by AMSG3. It will replace the older prototype DAOD_MINI. Note that this format is not used in production so merging it will have no impact.
