WIP: Enable pflow jets

This is to enable the duplicated pflow jets in FTAG1 and save them. I could close this if @guirriec is able to do this on his end, there's a lot of noise here that I implemented before discovering that the underlying problem was a missing b-tagging link.

@cschiavi, @lidiaz, @guirriec, how do we want to proceed here? Someone needs to make a merge request or at least show a branch where this duplication is enabled and saving the b-tagging object.
