Fix maximum number of strips for LM2 and SM2 NSW micromega chambers

Hi,

it was found the the maximum number of strips in the LM2 and SM2 chambers of the NSW does not match the real number (cf. https://indico.cern.ch/event/786004/contributions/3465724/attachments/1861831/3060135/softwaremeeting130619.pdf). This MR fixes the maximum number to 3072 for the symmetric and asymmetric NSW layouts.
