Ensure G4AtlasApps/jobOptions.G4Cosmic.py writes out some events

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FixATLASSIM-4186_21.0 into 21.0

Increase the number of events run by G4AtlasApps/jobOptions.G4Cosmic.py so we get some events hitting ATLAS. This should fix ATLASSIM-4186.
