TrigAnalysisTest ART tests for physics validation workflow

Rafal Bielski requested to merge rbielski/athena:new-TrigAna-q221-tests-part2 into master

Adding the following tests as listed in ATR-19810:

  1. RDOtoRDOTrigger + RAWtoESD + ESDtoAOD with threads=1
  2. same as above, but all with serial athena (for reference)
  3. RDOtoRDOTrigger + RAWtoESD + ESDtoAOD with threads=1, then AODtoNTUP_PHYSVAL with serial athena
  4. same as above, but all with serial athena (for reference)

Also included some fixes in the existing RDOtoRDOTrigger tests
