Remove test_G4JPsiLeptonsCone_FatrasID_FastCalo_2evts.sh form 21.9

test_G4JPsiLeptonsCone_FatrasID_FastCalo_2evts.sh art job apparently has some memory leaks (see ATLASSIM-4206). Until the issue is resolved, we'd like to remove it from running in 21.9, where it hangs. Mentioning @jchapman
