[ATR-19881] Add xTrigDecision to output of RDOtoRDOTrigger and RAWtoESD

• Adds more hard-coded trigger names

• Schedules TrigDecisionMakerMT alongside the hacked TrigConfigSvc with run3_dummy data source.
• Adds xTrigDecision to output

• Propagates trigger EDM and navigation collections to ESD. Not yet AOD... that appears to be configured differently.

Work towards M3.5. Next step is to ensure these data make it into the ESD too.

Testing via test_trigAna_q221_RDOtoAOD_mt1_build.sh in r20 with ignoreErros=True.
