I think I approved this in error - does it actually work if you put the ATLAS_CHECK_THREAD_SAFETY in the header folder?

According to the twiki:

For a package, ATLAS_CHECK_THREAD_SAFETY file may also be placed in the include directory. This is recommended for packages that have an include directory, since in that case the file will be visible in an installed release.

Or maybe I misunderstand something?
