Fixed High Voltage Settings in Pixel Radiation Damage

Fixed a few incorrect high voltage settings for the benchmarks. No changes to the logic, just the names of lookup tables. The actual files have been copied to afs in this JIRA ticket: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLINFR-3105.
